45TH ROYAL ANNIVERSARY: Ugha In Council Name Dr. Omolola, Prof. Akinfala As Chair, Secretary Of Planning Committee

In preparation for the 45th Royal anniversary of His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr) Frederick Adegunle Aroloye, OFR, JP, Arubiefin IV, (The Owa of Idanre Kingdom), the Ugha in Council has inaugurated a 51-Man anniversary planning committee having Dr. Anthony Omolola as Chairman and Professor Ropo Akinfala as Secretary of the committee. The committee has notable sons and daughters of Idanre kingdom both home and diaspora.
It could be recalled that the last time such anniversary was held was 2006, that brought sons and daughters of Idanre kingdom across the globe together to celebrate His Imperial Majesty.

The committee members are charged to work together in order to plan, prepare and achieve a befitting 45th anniversary for Owa of Idanre Kingdom which will hold in December this year, 2021.
While addressing the press, Hon Dcn Mayokun Akinmoladun who is the event planner, said a Local Organizing Committee (LOC) will be constituted in the future that will involve all groups and associations in the Local Government. Hon Akinmoladun stated in his address that Idanre is a city set on a hill which cannot be hidden as the motto implies.
