Nigeria now has 54,905 confirmed COVID-19 infections, with the latest 162 cases recorded on Saturday. As death toll rise to 1,054 across the nation.

This figure was revealed in a tweet on the official Twitter page of the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, on Saturday night, where Nigeria now has a total of 54,905 infected patients, with 42,922 discharged, while death toll has risen to 1054 across the nation.

The latest 162 cases recorded as released by the NCDC, reveals that Lagos State top the list of infections with 53 new cases, Gombe follows with 21 new cases while Oyo State records 19 new cases to come third on Saturday. 15 states including FCT shared the 162 new COVID-19 infections of Saturday.
