COVID-19 Update: Recovery Nears 50,000, As Nigeria Confirms 126 New Cases

Nigeria has now confirmed 58,324 COVID-19 cases, with the new 126 cases recorded on Sunday night
According to a tweet from the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, 49,794 patients have now been discharged after treatment, out of the total 58,324 cases recorded, while 1,108 deaths have been recorded so far across Nigeria.
The tweet also revealed that FCT had the highest number of new infections on Sunday night with 30 cases, with Lagos State following with 24 cases while Rivers State came third with 23 cases. A total of 12 states including FCT recorded new cases on Sunday.
