Nigeria has confirmed a total of 51,304 COVID-19 cases, with the new 340 cases recorded on Friday. The records as posted by NCDC revealed that Nigeria has 996 casualties.
These figures were revealed in the official Twitter page of the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, Friday night.
The new record revealed that Nigeria now has a total of 51,304 infected patients, with a total of 37,885 patients discharged, while 996 deaths have been recorded across the nation.
The latest record released by the NCDC revealed that Kaduna State top the list of infections for the first time on Friday with 63 new cases, while FCT and Plateau state came second and third respectively with 51 and 38 new cases recorded for Friday. Lagos state missed out of top three states for the first time since May 2020 with 33 new records.
