Just-In: Omisore Officially Joins APC, Get Membership Card

The former Deputy Governor of Osun State, Senator Iyiola Omisore on Monday defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Omisore had early on Monday arrived at his Ward 6 polling Unit in Ile-Ife to officially join the ruling party, where he subsequently picked his membership card.

Recall that Omisore contested 2018 governorship election in Osun state on the platform of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), but went into coalition with the APC before the September 28 rerun.
