Nigerians have being reacting to a video of President Muhammadu Buhari’s visit to his cattle ranch in Daura, Katsina state, following the recent attack and abduction of school boys in Kankara, Katsina state.

Buhari had last week embarked on a weeklong visit to his home Katsina state. Shortly after his arrival in the state, armed bandits attacked the Government Boys Science Secondary School in Kankara Local Government Area and kidnapped over 500 students of the school, in which two hundred were rescued and according to government officials, 333 of the students are still missing.

Many Nigerians have condemned the President for not paying a visit to the school and also seeing the parents of the students since he is in the state where the attack happened.

Days back, a video of the President Buhari visiting his cows on Saturday, December 12, less than 24 hours after the school attack, was seen online.

Nigerians are reacting to the video. Many are condemning him for not visiting the distraught parents but making out time to visit his cows.

Sahara Reporters Publisher, Omoyele Sowore, who contested the 2019 presidential election, said it was obvious that Buhari was not competent and it was time for him to go.

“600 Students got kidnapped in Katsina and he ignored them; instead the lifeless President went to visit his cows! The moment we get it that the Buhari regime can’t be redeemed, we will come to the inevitable conclusion that #Buharimustgo,” Sowore tweeted.

Another Twiter user, @TFatombi, tweeted, “Cows with benefits. 600 lives meant nothing to him.”
