Ondo Decides 2020: Ajayi Loses Local Government To Akeredolu

The Candidate of Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) and Deputy Governor of the state, Hon Agboola Ajayi has lost his Ese-Odo local government area of Ondo.

Ajayi polled a total of 4,760 votes to lose his local government to Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who polled a total of 13,383 votes.

In the results officially announced at the state collation centre Sunday afternoon, Eyitayo Jegede, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), secured a total of 4,680 votes to come third in Ese-Odo.
