UPDATED: Senate Deputy Minority Leader, Bwacha, Dumps PDP For APC, Meets President Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari, on Thursday, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, received the Senate Deputy Minority Leader, Senator Emmanuel Bwacha, into the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

Senator Bwacha, who is representing Taraba South Senatorial District, defected from the main opposition Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling Party.

APC National Caretaker Committee Chairman, Governor Mai Mala Buni, presented him to President Muhammadu Buhari at the State House, Abuja.

Buhari, in the presence of his Chief of Staff, Prof Ibrahim Gambari, welcomed the ranking Senator into the party.
