NOURISHING YOUR DAY WITH WITH OMOYEMI (NOYOD)

I couldn’t hide this. Last week Friday, it rained heavily here. On my way home I had to wait the rain to stop.

Where I stayed, some ladies were making hair and after the hair, I guess the lady wanted to fixed eye lashes. I wasn’t surprised, that is the custom here. Once you make new hair, fixing eye lashes goes along with it to bring out the beauty.

Let’s go back to the main tori jor😎😎

I was jejely sitting down in one corner feeding my eyes with the book with me, I just heard scream from the ladies corner.

“My eyes don blind, you don blind my eyes, I don die, who send me make I fix eye lashes, village people don get me… ”

I wanted to laugh, “but Omoyemi, have empathy now,” I told myself.

I moved towards them, discovered the ladies eye nearly gum together. We good Samaritan sha did what we can, the eyes opened. Then, we realized that the lady fixing the lashes actually used the wrong bond.

Funny enough, I thought the lady whose eye nearly got blind would quit but, she still fixed the lashes.

😎Don’t be too emotional, it’s a Fiction😊😊

Let’s learn something together from the above:

What are you known for?

💥 Be an Expert: To whatever profession you might have chose, to whatever field you are, to any niche you are working in. Try as much as possible to be an Expert in what you do. Professionalism is the trend. Half baked might put you in trouble. Be well grounded in what you do.

💥 Check your Instrument often: One thing is to be careful, another is to avoid what might cause error. Your instruments are vital in carrying out your work effectively. It might be in form of materials or non material. i.e cognitive and locomotive domain. Don’t be over confident about perfection, check your Instrument again. If it demands you to read, please do. If its demand for you to test run, please do. “Being rubbed in the dirt can teach us a lesson,” lamentations 3 vs 29 (Goodnews). Don’t wait till you make errors when you can avoid it.

💥 Giving Up Isn’t an Option: I thought the lady would give up but she didn’t. It sends a reasoning to me. If she could sacrifice her eyes for the sake of fashion, who am I to say no to my dreams in the face of trials. Whatever you chose to chose to embark on, Once it is approved by God, stayed and stayed through with it. It will yield result.

Be known for diligence and be resilient.
