COVID-19 Update: Nigeria’s Total Infections Risen To 54,008, 143 New COVID-19 Cases Confirmed On Tuesday

Nigeria has now confirmed 54,008 COVID-19 cases, with the new 143 cases recorded on Monday night

According to a tweet from the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, 41,638 patients have now been discharged after treatment, Nigeria has recorded no death in the last 24 hours as death toll remains at 1,013 across the country.

The tweet also revealed that Plateau State had the highest number of infections on Monday with 35 cases, Kaduna State follow with 21 new cases while Lagos State came third with 19 cases. A total of 18 states including FCT recorded new cases on Monday.
