Just In: INEC Announces 2023 Presidential Election Date

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has disclosed that 2023 Presidential and National Assembly election will hold on Saturday, February 18, 2023, Daily Metro News has gathered.

Chairman of INEC, Prof Mahmood Yakubu, disclosed this on Thursday at Abuja.

In his goodwill message at the inauguration of the special adhoc committee on the review of the 1999 constitution, the INEC Chairman told members of the House of Representatives that there are about 855 days left for the next general elections.
