Ondo Update: D-Gov Elect, Aiyedatiwa, Heads Akeredolu’s Second Term Inauguration Committee

Ondo state Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, has approved the setting up of a 25-member Committee ahead of his second term in office inauguration coming up February 23rd, 2021.

The committee is headed by the Deputy Governor-elect, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa and other cabinet member of the governor.

Daily Metro News gathered that Akeredolu composed this committee same day Eyitayo Jegede, SAN, who is the runner up at the October 10 election announced he would be challenging his victory at the election tribunal.

In a statement on Friday issued by Donald Ojogo, the State Commissioner for Information and Orientation said the committee is expected to come up with an acceptable program of events for the inauguration and ensure its success.

The inauguration of Governor Oluwarotimi O. Akeredolu, SAN and the Deputy Governor-elect, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa comes up on the 24th of February, 2021.

Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN, has approved the setting up of a 25-member Committee ahead of his inauguration for a second term in office.
